The new SDT LUBExpert is your go-to piece of equipment for greasing bearings.
The LUBExpert can identify what type of grease should be used with it's Onboard Assistant help and reminds you of the maximum capacity for the bearing. You can make sure you are greasing the right bearing with the Onboard Assistant. The assistant will guide you through the plant using the UAS's tree structured navigation. You will be greasing the bearings at the right time with the Ultranalysis Suite that notifies you when bearings are due for relubrication. The quantity of the grease will be specified by the LUBExpert through the Onboard Assistant because it is always calculating the friction levels between half shots of grease, indicating if you need to add more, or stop. Re-grease with confidence as the LUBExpert guides you through regreasing.
All activities tie back into the UAS Suite data management software, which will generate a report on the before and after, quantity of grease added per point, and total amount of grease consumed by department or plant.
