Infrared Inspection Services

Infrared Inspection Services will help you detect system overloads, loose defective components and damaged switch gear, and will also make hot, dangerous problems easy to find. Infrared thermography is used to find areas of excess heat so that problems can be avoided before a component fails, causing damage to the component, creating safety hazards and productivity loss. Because increased heating is most likely a sign of failure, infrared is the best diagnostic tool available for finding these hot connections in the early stages of degeneration.

Laser Shaft Alignment Services

Laser alignment of mounted pumps and motors, laser alignment of long ac shafts, spool pieces and Cardan shaft drives. A detailed, customized report of all services performed will be provided as well. We utilize EASY-LASER alignment tools and Pruftechnik's Optalign Smart RS5 or Rotalign Ultra IS for our alignments. Machines that are well aligned at the commissioning stage and regularly maintained will permanently reduce both plant operating and maintenance costs. Benefits Include:

Luneta's Condition Monitoring Pod is a multi-parameter inspection pod that greatly modernizes and expands the daily one-minute inspections. Most bull’s eye level gauges are used only to confirm oil volume. Many root causes and symptoms of machine failure are missed due to the limited ability of these sight glasses

Vibration Analysis

Ludeca, CSI and DLI Capable Vibration Analysis

It is well documented that a vibration program which establishes equipment condition and allows for maintenance to be scheduled accordingly can save companies millions of dollars annually in maintenance costs and expensive unscheduled down time! Vibration analytical services for rotating equipment including turbines, motors, pumps, bearings, and gearboxes. Will identify looseness, misalignment, imbalance, deteriorating rolling elements, and adjacent equipment vibration. In-place rotor balancing and frequency analysis services are also available.

TRAINING

On Site Laser Shaft Alignment Training

We provide on-site training and will provide a training simulator, alignment tool and projector. Classes are limited to 8 Persons per class so that everyone has a better opportunity to learn and to participate in the classroom and in the field. Certificates of Completion for each attendee. Product orientation and comprehensive training. Introductory, Field Supervision through Expert.

Attendees should have some alignment experience in general; Some exposure to the laser alignment system would also be helpful but is not required.
